Grouting – Resin Anchors
Key Features
The Long Tendon range of resin anchors contain a special low viscosity formulation for anchoring flexible cable tendons in a small annulus. The formulation assists with insertion and push through of the cable bolt. The oil base catalyst is 7% of the capsule. Available in gel times of 90 seconds and 20 minutes with anominal diameter of 25mm. Optional use includes Point anchoring and Full encapsulation with pre-tensioningand without pretensioning.
Pull out Test
Measured with slow set resin. 300mm encapsulation in 60MPa grout using 21.7mm core diameter high tensile grade bolts in 28mm diameter hole. (See notes*).
