Key Features
The FASLOC® single speed resin anchor is manufactured from a sophisticated blend of reinforced polyester resins and inert fillers. The FASLOC® single speed resin anchors contain a single speed, two part (mastic and catalyst), pre-packaged into a single cartridge. The bolt rotation during installation ruptures and shreds the resin cartridge enabling the two key components to mix and create a chemical reaction transforming the resin into a solid anchor.
Pull out Test
Measured using slow set resin. 300mm encapsulation in 60MPa grout using 21.7mm core diameter high high tensile grade bolts in a 28mm diameter hole.
